We are closed Good Friday and Easter Monday.
If you have a life-threatening condition dial 999. However, if you require urgent medical assistance which cannot wait until the surgery re-opens, please hang up and dial 111.
There are several ways to get the medical advice you need. We offer face to face appointments, telephonic consultations and advice via an online consultation (eConsult).
A GP is available every day on the telephone through our GP advice line if required and you can pre-book telephone consultations between 11:00-15:00 for your convenience.
Appointments are available throughout the day during our opening hours and can be booked online, by telephone or in-person at the reception. Please select one of the below appointment types, to get the best suited help on time.
Save the call to the surgery and make the best use of pharmacy and online consultations, if your concern is of non-urgent nature
Our reception staff are important members of the practice team and it has been agreed they should ask patients ‘why the need to be seen’.
We have trained our reception staff to ask certain questions to help make sure you receive the most appropriate medical care from the most appropriate health professional at the most appropriate time.
